Massive Earthquake. Syrians, Turks hit hard. Syria in big trouble

As America and many other Western nations punish Turkey for blocking two countries from entering NATO, thousands of Turks have been injured and an unknown number of people have been killed by a massive earthquake.

Sweden and Finland’s NATO membership is blocked by Turkey because of those nations harbouring terrorists (PKK) who have been causing mayhem and mass murder in Turkey for decades.

The RINJ Foundation has expressed a disagreement owing to the fact that these two countries allow for the training of child soldiers to supply the NATO effort in Syria with child foot soldiers to fight against Daesh since 2013.

“The other day our foreign ministry summoned all of them [nine countries that shut down their embassies fully or partially] and gave the necessary ultimatum, told them ‘You will pay for this heavily if you keep this up,’” Turkish President Erdogan said during a meeting with youth that was recorded and broadcast on Sunday before the earthquake happened..

Syria in big trouble.

The best information we have suggests the earthquake reached an unprecedented magnitude of 8.0 on the Gutenberg–Richter scale. The earthquake hit a large densely populated area spanning Turkey, Syria and Lebanon, the latter to a lesser extent. The Turkish Red Crescent is scrambling to assist survivors and the injured.

RINJ workers have been rushing to the worst scenes including the existing clinic in Gaziantep, Turkey. Over three hundred RINJ Women volunteers assembled from Id Lib, Deir Ezzor and Aleppo as well as from Iraq have moved into northern Syria as a team of former Gaziantep workers returned there to help their former colleagues.

The situation in northern Syria is so dire, the civil workers, rescuers in broken structures, have no place to send survivors. The inclement winter weather is exacerbating the situation.

Many thousands of people are dislocated by the structural damage and now face terrible weather conditions that are life threatening.
