ICJ Implies Canada/USA Complicit in Genocide

Throughout these horrifying months since the Palestine Resistance Movement rejected apartheid on 7 October 2023, Justin Trudeau has remained a Zionist.

He refuses to so much as cease financing genocide let alone take measures to end it and develop a lasting peace.

Trudeau has never been interested in peace. He is willing to force Canadians into supporting genocide by spending their tax dollars on war, apartheid, and genocide.

For The RINJ Foundation’s women, the alarm is about the slaughter of tens of thousands of women and children as a method of exterminating the Gazans.

American BLU-109/B bombs are being dropped through the roofs of Gaza’s residential apartment buildings in broad daylight when mothers and small children are at home.

The bombs with triggers in their tails detonate after passing through some 8 stories of the building causing an event that brings the building to the point of implosion which crushes the occupants under rubble.

Rescuers cannot reach the suffocating Palestinian children under the powdered concrete many meters deep. They are pulling out children and women who have suffered suffocation. Those that make it to medical care are still having powdered concrete spooned from their mouths, and cleaned from their nostrils and sinuses,” explains nurse practitioner Behar Abbasi from Gazza.

 The BLU-109 Bomb: What Is It, and How Does It Work?

It has a forged steel tip and a BLU109 JDAM package for precision, a 2,000 lb. high explosive warhead which is pushed deep into apartment buildings and finally explodes 45 to 50 meters deep into the building and explodes the structure crumbling inwards to the chasm created by a ton of high explosives. All the cement and other rubble plus women and children in their apartments in daytime hours when only young women and small children are at home, never to be found again under the rubble. Hundreds of buildings have been destroyed this way and an estimated 110,000 to 350,000 women and children are buried in the rubble by 14,000 bombs.  Gaza is uninhabitable.

The BLU-109 bomb is constructed using several key components that combine to create a highly efficient penetrator bomb. Here are the main components and their construction:

  1. Hardened Steel Casing: The outer casing of the BLU-109 bomb is manufactured from hardened steel, specifically designed to withstand the impact forces upon target contact. Typically, this casing is around 0.5 inches thick and exhibits a cylindrical shape with a pointed nose.
  2. Penetrator Rod: Positioned at the center of the bomb, the penetrator rod is a lengthy and narrow steel rod. Made from a high-strength steel alloy, its purpose is to penetrate the target using kinetic energy. The penetrator rod generally measures approximately 4 feet in length and weighs several hundred pounds.
  3. Warhead: Located at the rear of the bomb, behind the penetrator rod, the warhead is designed to detonate after the penetrator rod has successfully penetrated the target. It typically consists of a high-explosive material, such as Tritonal or Composition B.
  4. Guidance System: The BLU-109 bomb incorporates a guidance system that allows for precise targeting. Different guidance systems, including laser-guided and GPS-guided technologies, can be utilized with the BLU-109 bomb.
  5. Fins and Tail Assembly: To ensure stability and guidance during flight, the BLU-109 bomb has fins at its rear. These fins are instrumental in controlling the bomb’s trajectory. Additionally, a tail assembly situated at the end of the bomb assists in stabilizing it during flight.

Genocide against women and children

Since 2015, 115 million Canadian dollars in military equipment has gone to Israel.

The lucrative Russia-Ukraine war has Canada’s support. Trudeau seems happy to sit back, applaud Waffen SS members and risk millions of Ukrainians on behalf of weapons companies. There is simply too much money and too much lobbying power in weapons manufacturers for Trudeau to ever consider peacekeeping.

Trudeau is quite happy for peace negotiations to be sabotaged. Weapons sales that destabilize the world allow Trudeau to exploit workers seeking refuge from the very wars he is funding. He is not welcoming refugees out of the goodness of his heart, rather he is exploiting victims of his imperialist weaponry.

Canada benefits greatly from the underpaid labour of refugees, the idea that we are “doing them a favour” is simply wrong. We clearly have no plans to be involved in peace, only continually selling various military equipment to forever wars. This hugely destructive foreign policy faces little opposition from most Members of Parliament who are similarly lobbied and in the pocket of the military industrial complex.

Not all are knowing shills, some are simply propagandized into believing our mythos as “protectors of democracy” alongside the United States. We are perpetrators of war, not arbiters of peace. We have never made any moves to develop a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine in the 8 years between the initial Crimea conflict and the full scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Even to this day we have never had a coherent peace plan. We trained far-right Neo-NAZI battalions such as Azov, but nothing that would secure the safety of Ukrainians.

Justin Trudeau has been further complicit in the Palestinian genocide throughout, often running cover for Israeli atrocities.

It should not be surprising then that Trudeau remains silent on Israel’s attack against Tehran and American-style missile-assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the negotiator for the Palestinians in Qatar.

Previously Trudeau claimed the ICC’s decision to issue warrants for Israeli and Hamas leaders was “troubling” and a “false equivalency” as per Antony Blinken’s memo, as he is an ardent supporter of Zionist terrorism. Should Israeli war crimes be prosecuted Trudeau could find himself in legal trouble he cannot escape from.

Trudeau’s continued support of forever wars and terrorist activities has gone on far too long. His fake “white saviour” persona masks his true nature as a genocide supporting, labour extorting, egomaniac who needs to be brought to the Hague to be prosecuted as a war criminal. Exacerbating the Spread of Polio In Gaza.

Canadian Women humanitarians delivering babies in Gaza and providing women’s health care since 2012 were targeted and killed on 7 March by U.S. and Israeli forces. The attack killed 12 infants under three months of age.

Ironically in early March the attackers of Gaza bombed a small clinic on ‘vaccination day’ and killed 12 infants having their inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) at 60-days of age.

“We don’t use oral doses,” explained the Gaza regional director. We lost 30 good people including 12 infants and a five-women medical crew of The RINJ Foundation nurses and doctors.

“Vaccination day was once a month on the first Thursday,” explains Yemen doctor Behar Abbasi working in Gaza since 14 October 2024. Her original report said she was contacted by nurse Ai’sha on the night of Thursday 7 March 2024 and learned Ai’sha had been contacted by an hysterical co-parent to say that a child and mother were missing and that others in this community were saying the same thing about their family members who had been expected back ‘home’ early afternoon.

“Shortly after that,” Behar said today, “we learned that Dr. Buni’s clinic had been bombed and the families of 12 infants attending for vaccinations had been killed.

“We polled the rescue people we knew then and found a civil rescue person in central Gaza who told us the small clinic was hit by a five-hundred-pound bomb and there were no survivors—the place was a blood bath of torn body parts intermingled through the rubble. I vomited wretchedly in the next few minutes, and then went into shock as I was already fatigued by overwork and intense bombings. I was better by nightfall, but I went out of service that day. Within half an hour of the news Ai’sha was on her way north with a team while I was falling apart. I have worked with Dr. B since 2012. This news broke me. We were very close, and this news was more than I could handle from these murdering evil men.”

Canada says this is how it is helping, but not the victims, Canada is helping the perpetrators of Genocide.

“Canada announced that it is providing $140 million in humanitarian assistance funding to address urgent needs stemming from the crisis in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, Israel and neighbouring areas.

“Canada’s funding will help provide food, water, emergency medical assistance, protection services and other life-saving assistance. The funds are being allocated as follows:

“Humanitarian Coalition: $13.77 million
International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement: $16.11 million
Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs: $4 million
UNICEF: $9 million
United Nations Population Fund: $8 million
United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East: $45 million
World Food Programme: $24 million
World Health Organization: $5 million
An additional $10 million will be allocated toward experienced Canadian non-governmental organization partners.

“Canada is also providing $5 million to the United Nations Office for Project Support to implement UN Security Council Resolution 2720, the coordination mechanism for Gaza. “Of this amount, $1 million will go to supporting the operation of the maritime corridor between Cyprus and Gaza.

“Canada will ensure that no money goes into the hands of Hamas.”

The RINJ Foundation has filed a formal complaint to the International Criminal Court. Mr. Trudeau is named as a defendant person causing incitement and or complicity in the crime against humanity of ‘extermination’ under the Rome Statute,  or in the alternative, genocide.

In 2022, Canada sent more than $21 million worth of military exports to Israel. The Export and Import Permits Act forbids arms permits to be issued if there’s a “substantial risk” that the goods could be used to commit or facilitate serious violations of international humanitarian or human rights law.

Because the ICJ found a serious risk of genocide in Gaza, continuing to export arms to Israel would be illegal. It would also be flagrantly inconsistent with Canada’s obligation to prevent genocide and could expose Canada and Canadian officials to liability for participation in genocide.

The Crime of Genocide

Article I

The Contracting Parties confirm that genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, is a crime under international law which they undertake to prevent and to punish.

Article II

In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
