Russian troops are headed home but crisis is not resolved.

Feminine-Perspective Magazine has reported that, many Russian troops from the Western Military Division are heading home.

“That includes troops from the Central division and the Eastern division which have been assembled for exercises within a couple hundred miles of the Ukraine border,” explains Israeli security consultant Simon Baldock who is in the area since late January..

“The 9,000 selected members (selected for Army Games 2022) will continue training with some special units for further selection, as far as I know, but you will need to check with MiL Army Games 2022 organizers,” says Feminine-Perspective Magazine‘s source.

Apparently “Not all troops are going home. There are some exercises that continue. But most of the Eastern Command Division and the Central Command Division are boarding trains already.”

“Mr. President, you have already said many times – you and other representatives of the Russian Federation – that we warn against endless conversations on issues that need to be resolved today,” said Minister Lavrov yesterday.
“But still, as Foreign Minister, I must say that there is always a chance, and your last contacts with the leaders of the United States and France, tomorrow the [Federal] Chancellor of Germany will come, our colleagues will address me, tomorrow there will be a Polish Foreign Minister, in two days – the Italian Foreign Minister, and other contacts are planned.
Still, our consistent explanatory work and commitment to explaining our correctness while ready to listen to some serious counter arguments, it seems to me, our possibilities are far from exhausted. Of course, they should not continue indefinitely, but at this stage I would suggest continuing and increasing them. Photo credit: Kremlin.ru

The following statement is issued by: Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation

“The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue a set of large-scale measures for the operational training of troops and forces. Almost all military districts, fleets and airborne troops take part in them.

“As part of the verification of the Union State’s response forces, a joint Russian-Belarusian exercise “Union Resolve-2022” is being held on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
The troops of the Eastern Military District and the Airborne Forces participating in this exercise, in cooperation with the Belarusian armed forces, are working out the issues of repelling aggression against the Union State during a defensive operation.

“At the Training Ground “Obuz-Lesnovsky”, February 19, a stage of live firing is provided. During this event, the Marine Brigade together with the formations and military units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, with the support of operational-tactical and army aviation, will work out the tasks of conducting defensive combat and performing maneuvers in other directions.

“Military defense attachés at the embassies of foreign states in the Republic of Belarus and media representatives were invited to the drawing of practical actions, as observers.

“In the operationally important areas of the world ocean and the waters of the seas adjacent to the territory of Russia, a series of naval exercises are held, in which surface ships, submarines and naval aviation are involved.

“Exercises with formations and military units at other training grounds in the territory of the Russian Federation continue. A number of combat training activities, including exercises, were carried out in accordance with the plan.

“As the combat training activities are completed, the troops, as always, will make marches in a combined way to the points of permanent deployment. Units of the Southern and Western Military Districts, which have completed the tasks, have already begun loading on rail and road transport and today will begin to move to their military garrisons. Individual units will make marches on their own as part of military columns.”

For two years our Civil Society Partners against COVID-19 have worked with the Donetsk and Luhansk people’s republics, collecting data and new humanitarian experiences for fighting the COVID-19 disease.

Minsk agreement must be implemented but maybe Minsk III is needed.

In the fall of 2021, RINJ Women Executive Director Katie Alsop toured the regions while they were being shelled by identified American-contracted soldiers and Ukrainian regulars.

In reporting on the current situation as Russian troops leave the Western Military Division’s region for home following the selection of winning troops to go on to the Army Games 2022, Ms. Alsop said, “My sisters and friends in Luhansk PR and Donetsk PR need Minister. Lavrov and President Putin to stop gaping in disbelief at the American false flag media campaign claiming that Russia will invade itself; shake themselves away for a moment from their eagerness to win Army Games 2022 and the 2022 Beijing Olympic Winter Games, and promote the acceptance of Luhansk PR and Donetsk PR as valued independent nations.”

‘Biden could end this crisis, & prevent war with Russia!’ reports Feminine-Perspective Magazine.

Tulsi Gabbard, a US member of the Democrat Party who represented Hawaii’s 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021, told Fox News‘ Tucker Carlson last Friday that Biden could avoid a war by guaranteeing Ukraine would never join the NATO military alliance.

“First of all, President Biden could end this crisis and prevent a war with Russia by doing something very simple,” Gabbard said.

“Guaranteeing that Ukraine will not become a member of NATO because if Ukraine became a member of NATO, that would put U.S. and NATO troops right on the doorstep of Russia, which, as Putin has laid out, would undermine their national security interests,” explained Ms. Gabbard who has been echoing a growing sentiment across Europe, especially in Germany, as resentment toward Biden and America spread’s like wildfire.

“The reality is that it is highly, highly unlikely that Ukraine will ever become a member of NATO anyway,” Ms. Gabbard said.

“So the question is, why don’t president Biden and NATO leaders actually just say that and guarantee it?”

“Which begs the question of why are we in this position then? If the answer to this and preventing this war from happening is very clear as day.

“And really, it just points to one conclusion that I can see, which is, they [Biden/NATO] actually want Russia to invade Ukraine,” said Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (retired) added.
