For IWD 2024 vow to stop killing women and children. Stop raping women.

Violence against women, particularly sexual violence against women and girls, intensified in many countries during the COVID-19 pandemic says a report featured in the Lancet.

As some 60 wars and conflicts rage around the world, many being the inevitability of the West’s cling to colonialism, women and children are being hurt or killed more than adult men. On top of that, the environmental impact.

People residing in conflict zones face the ravages of war but also the harm brought by the climate crisis and wars’ impact on the environment. Out of 20 countries identified as the most susceptible to climate change by the Notre Dame Global Initiative Index in 2021, 60 percent are war zones, says the International Committee of the Red Cross. War is destroying an enormous number of lives. The goals and gains of these wars are a big zero compared to the damage. Usually, those goals are more power for evil men.

It’s better to be a soldier in the conflict than a woman or child at home or roaming the streets looking for shelter as is too often the case.

In recent times the global rape crisis has worsened as more women and girls are sold into slavery and the chance of a conviction for violent rapes becomes a myth.

Additionally, women of late have become a target for manipulation by deceiptful Western leaders.

“Israel’s President Benjamin Netanyahu’s & U.S. President Joe Biden’s Oct. 7 false rape claims taint jury pools & jurists thus denying justice to women survivors around the world.

“Only justice can help us exit this darkness and heal,” say survivors and their lawyers when asked about the current gender-violence crisis level and its impact on them.

In both Ukraine and in the Gaza Genocide, women and children are being raped, beaten, or slaughtered as the massive false rape claims by America and Israel, the warring sides against the poor targeted Palestinian civilians obfuscates evidence, taints jury pools and makes rape convictions everywhere impossible to achieve.

The global case counts of gender-based violence are higher than ever since counting began, but worse, the percentage of women in the human population continues to drop despite the fact that women live longer.

Some statisticians have been predicting this trend would reverse since about ten years ago. It hasn’t and is headed in a continuing downward slope.

Probably ninety million men in India and China will never find female partners.

The personal value of women globally has tanked through the Pandemic. As more women slid into poverty, fewer males would deal with them, approve car loans, mortgages, or shopping credit.

Being a woman is a preexisting vulnerability.

Single moms are today going through hell, fighting to keep their children alive and starving themselves. How can this be?

In some countries like the Philippines where stunting of children and whole family malnutrition are leaving half the child population in dire straits, the Solo Parent Monthly Allowance 2024 project is under way. Kudos to the Philippines’ government. The new law grants a ₱1,000 monthly subsidy to solo parents earning minimum wage salary in the Philippines. Be certain that in the majority solo parents means single moms but be certain that the pandemic has taken many women’s lives and dads are left with children and the responsibility of earning as well.

“Nearly 85 percent of children under five years of age in the Philippines reside in moderately or severely food-insecure households that do not regularly consume protein-rich foods,” says the World Bank in a report titled “Why Are So Many Children Undernourished in the Philippines?”

Rape in the 60 war zones is spreading morbid disease around the world. This is seriously impacting young people.

Rape is a popular weapon of war. In 2024, that is leading to enormous spread of disease like HIV and HBV as well as hepatitis and other sexually transmitted diseases.

Promiscuity in war time also increases the transmission of these diseases and has caused an unequalled spread of HIV which has become the silent killer nobody wants to talk about and in some regions, nobody wants to diagnose, it seems. The impact of late diagnosis and treatment on life expectancy is devastating for women and men.

If there is any single killer in Ukraine that stands out, it will be diseases like HIV, quickly evolving into AIDS.

Local NGO staff in Ukraine and healthcare providers in Ukraine report that the war is increasing the risk factors for HIV and related diseases, mostly due to people being displaced, suffering from lack of proper support, employment, destruction of healthcare facilities and evacuation of healthcare and community workers.”—BioMedCentral

Men and their wars have been killing off the women for centuries. Diseases like HIV are beginning to even the score.

Gender equality needs a boost. The best one would be stopping your wars, men.
