RINJ Women members in China associated with the Demilitarize South China Sea protest have been reporting increased chatter and activity related to militia and military personnel headed to the Chinese military base at Mischief Reef island which is a man-made island built by China about a decade ago.
Experts in the law of the sea say that because the shoals are barely showing terra firma in low tide and are completely uninhabitable (with the rare exception of China’s man-made islands which China indisputably owns, say scholars, but has no territorial water rights “based on current laws which are vague on this situation”), there can be no claim to this real estate. This assertion was also made in a non-binding decision by a tribunal convened in 2013 at The Philippines Request and issuing a report in July 2016.
Not since the Soviet Missiles went to Cuba in 1962 has the world been closer to a nuclear conflagration. This time, massive American military bases in the Philippines are targets as are the people of the Philippines. China must remove the Americans to save itself.
Washington’s strategic planning is flawed as usual. China is about to act and we must all remember that women and children suffer most in men’s wars.

War is only a question of time unless the Americans turn around and get out of the Philippines. They know that. The USA is working madly and vigorously to build their largest military installations in the Philippines with which to go to war with China.
Our warning to Philippines families was thought out for a month. We waited too long. Now is the time for anyone who can get out of the Philippines, particularly Luzon Island, to go. War may be imminent.
The Governor of Cagayan has been back and forth on this. In February he said, “We have no enemies among our neighbors. Not Taiwan, not China, not Japan, not Korea. For us, they are not our enemies.”
China sees the Philippines betrayal in a dark light. While China’s diplomatic corps is working hard to promote solutions via diplomacy, they may be dealing with fools, the same fools who broke stride with the Philippines neutrality in the China/USA conflict and entered undeclared war against China—what is happening is indeed an act of war as Kennedy said about the USSR in 1962; and the Chinese military planners only see an enemy. Which side will win in the policy making?
Remember women talk to each other across any fence. We are getting a lot of information from the same locations the Americans are located and on the other side of the water that separates Philippines and China, roughly near Shenzen.
The Philippines surprised Washington when Ferdinand (Bongbong) Marcos invited America to occupy the Philippines for its war against China. This has nothing to do with arguments over fish and arguments over who owns the coral reefs in the South China Sea.
This is about America’s survival as a dominant controller of the world in the minds of the power brokers who run Washington DC and the politicians they influence and control. They are the biggest arms makers and dealers in the world, calling the shots. And they are taking control of the Philippines to kill China. China knows this.
America is about to die financially. Collapse by imploding, that is. Banks are starting to fail. Debt is out of control. Greed is at its highest peak. Americans are eating each other alive. Meanwhile, they blame China’s success for their failures.
America would not be manipulating Manila and occupying Philippines military bases while building more of its own if war was not expected.
The Philippines is a deep pit of human rights abuses nobody wants to be associated with unless they are desperate— USA is desperate. War may be nearer than we thought.
Women and Children in the Philippines are in grave future danger from a superpower war fought on Philippines territory and should immediately and calmly seek opportunities to leave the country and go stay with family abroad or start new lives until and if the safety is restored.
In the case of those Filipinos who cannot leave, in this linked article there are preparation guidelines that can be made, hopefully before war begins. The same steps will be useful for protecting families in the event of radical climate change weather extremes and other natural disasters.
Biden wants more war to ensure the Democrats stay in power and America maintains its hegemon.
Both the Taiwanese and the Filipinos are expendable. In fact, America plans to destroy Taiwan’s microchip factories to make sure that China does not control them. Meanwhile America fast tracks the building of its own chip foundries.

Surviving future wars is not likely but to choose between being families that survive and families that don’t survive depends on what Philippines families do now.

“My school in Sarajevo was bombed and closed, and in place of the literature classroom wall was an enormous hole from a bomb blast. I left some neatly written essays in the cupboard that was blown apart. I never knew what happened to my teacher — I never saw her again.
“We know what emergencies are: we have felt them on our skin, they crept into our lives, blew them away, sliced them, fragmented them. They stole our innocence, humanity, childhood, families. In all of our cases, conflicts stole one of our basic rights as children and young people — the right to education. That was the first thing that went when the horrors began. The closure of schools was a sign that something was very wrong. It got much worse from there.”
That the Philippines government risks this horror for its children and that the Americans couldn’t care less, is why The RINJ Foundation decided last week to warn the population of the Philippines that it is in big trouble. Now is a good time to make plans to leave. Find employment, get your papers in order and go. Bring your whole family, if at all possible, as soon as possible. The Philippines has entered a superpower-war as a target.
Nothing in the outlook for the Philippines is mitigating the threat of war.
Philippines’ poverty and food insecurity situation has decayed according to the World Bank. Never in thirty years has the Philippines shown signs of improvement. War will destroy a country on the brink of starvation. Do your own research.
Right now, ten percent to seventeen percent of the Philippines population face food insecurity to life-threatening hunger.
Decisions the Philippines government officials are making show no sign that the government cares for its people. The opposite may be true. This a country where the government gets away with murdering the members of its population who speak out. It is under investigation by the International Criminal Court for massive human rights violations and that is with cause. The excess unexplained death rate in the Philippines before the pandemic was astronomical and it continues that way now.
The Marcos government has been accused behind closed doors by some activists, academics, and socio-economic experts, of trying to depopulate the Philippines through attrition. ‘Let the poor die,’ is the theory. From the Marcos dynasty’s perspective, the poor in the Philippines are a blight with nothing to contribute to the dynasty. But in fact, they are people with the same rights as everyone.
America’s leaders have no friends or enemies, only their own personal interests.
Poverty and homelessness in America is of no concern to the ruling classes but it impacts a huge percentage of the population. That’s who is controlling the Philippines now. Leave if you can. There are many countries seeking laborers both skilled and unskilled. Filipinos have good chance of a new and better life elsewhere. It has come to that. The next two years could see the country gradually decimated. It won’t be the first in this era and it will not be the last.
