Stoltenberg has acquiesced to American invasion of other countries, Guterres has acquiesced to invasion of any countries by America and Russia.
The UN failed to stand up to Russia and America invading other countries.
This is the worst institutional failure in human history, leading to the humanitarian disasters in Iraq, Afghanistan and Ukraine.
The conduct of the United Nations puts UN existence in question.
Above all, António Guterres must step down as should warmonger Jens Stoltenberg (who is already sneaking out the NATO back door, and Ursula von der Leyen who has betrayed the history of the European Union and set it on a path toward war.
These three are incompetents and not only do they not serve their constituents; they have endangered the entire human species by occupying seats that should have been filled by real humanitarian leaders.

The United Nations Development Programme is facing several allegations of fraud and corruption linked to the multibillion-dollar Global Environment Facility, according to documents seen by the Financial Times.
A copy of a draft report by UNDP’s office of audit and investigations, dated November 2020, described “financial misstatements” worth millions of dollars across UNDP’s portfolio of GEF-funded projects around the world. The report highlighted problems including signs of “fraudulent activities” at two country offices and “suspicions of collusion among the various project managers” at another, without naming the countries.
“Issues identified by the audit could seriously compromise the achievement of the objectives of the audited entity,” the report said.
