Rules for The RINJ Foundation 2014 Graffiti Competition:

1) The Graphic can be posted/painted anywhere but it must have been seen by at least five people and viewable by anyone.

2) "RINJ" must be in the graphic. "Rape Is No Joke" should be in the Graphic.

3) Photograph your entry and submit it before Jan. 31, 2015.

Exceptional means refers to situations where the person refuses to provide information or assistance necessary to obtain an arrest, the defendant dies before being arrested, or the defendant cannot be extradited from another state.

What do feminists want for women:

an equal opportunity for education;

equal opportunity to drive vehicles and use any form of transportation;

fair and equal wages;

freedom from discrimination;

no restrictions on owning property; and

to be safe from violence and slavery.
