MeToo. Children are still the majority silent victims of sexual predators. The RINJ Foundation
2018 Opened up with some very good leads on exploited children.
Michael Carey Clemans, a Sacramento, California sex offender convicted in September 2017 was sentenced mid-January to life imprisonment for his crimes. The FBI cleverly nailed him for nearly 30,000 pornographic images of children he had collected while running an enormnous child sex trade ring. He will never be charged for raping dozens of little children ranging from 7 to 12.Clemans slides under the cracks in the door of Justice. He was born in America, worked as an airline pilot in Thailand, and organized over fifty child sex slave procurers in the Philippines. Two have been caught and are serving fifteen year sentences. They are women. The other 48 have not been caught. They collectively procured vulnerable children from the streets of Manila where tens of thousands of children live homeless. They procured children orphaned by typhoons and earthquakes; beggar kids from many provinces; and kids whose families didn't want them in this overpopulated country where child rape is a cottage industry and incest is an every day occurrence.
Men in the Philippines get a free pass for these crimes so they create businesses and invite visitors from all over the world to come and buy children. Their wives, some 10 million of them are overseas foreign workers, nannies, maids, kitchen helpers, and other domestic workers being sexually molested all over the world, especially in the Middle East.
The Philippines was an ideal place to set up his business thought Clemans as he flew routes throughout South-East Asia sexing little kids in various countries. He picked the Philippines where millions of unwanted children live because of poverty and the stranglehold the Catholic Church has on contraceptives in that country's Supreme Court.
The Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte is courageously fighting the Catholic Bishops for Filipino reproductive rights in the Philippines but the Church has a lot of money for lawyers. Bishops drive around in lavish cars and live lavish lives in a country where over 62 million people do not have three meals a day.
Selling children seems to be easy when there are far too many to feed and most of them are undernourished and born into single parent lives. Rough estimates suggest that since 2016, 5 million unwanted children have been born because of the Church's interference in contraception and family planning rights.
Philippines President Duterte has his work cut out for him. He says he seeks to reduce childbirths to three children per family. That would be a worthwhiile goal and a good start heading for an even lower total fertility rate of 2.1 children per family. This is something that cannot be achieved by legislating families to limit childbirths. Education can start fast, solving poverty is a longer term tool, and providing free contraceptives immediately are the ways ahead toward lowered TFR.
The RINJ Foundation Women have offered to help and calculate that a total fertility rate (TFR) of 2.1 or less is a necessary goal. The president's 3.0 target is a good stepping stone to reaching a more conservative ideal. The Philippines cannot support any population growth in the forseeable future but growth is in leaps and bounds. Currently the interim TFR estimates suggest Philippines TFR has rocketed from 3.7 to 4.1. Poverty has increased in the past three years. The span between the elite and the poor has radically increased owing to extreme corruption at every level of government and society, and the Philippines Gross Domestic Product is based on exporting its women as overseas foreign workers and its children as part of the underground crime culture of human trafficking (child sex trade).
Clemans was busted in 2015. Despite that fact he kept on visiting the country and raping children in the Philippines while his "agents" or "pimps" ran business partnerships that sold kids for PH3,000 Pesos per night and pumped out pornogrpahy on the internet. Many of these businesses are still running having relocated their highly mobile 'premises'. Clemans says he has been forthcoming in providing the American FBI with information but the RINJ women say that is not true and that Clemans has conspired with persons in the Philippines to try and create a safe haven for him to hide out and continue these illegal child sex trade operations. To do so he needs money. He has not turned over all his network. He plans to appeal his sentence and believes he has the ability to return to the Philippines permanently. That's what our investigators believe. We also think the Philippines National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is targeting some of the "residue" from Clemans operations. The two "pimps" of Clemans who are in custody would not know of his other operations and workers. We believe they were poor performers for him because they were pocketing all the proceeds and misreporting to Clemans their incomes from the crime rings that he began. That would likely be why he served them up to the FBI and the NBI. That is a theory of a crime RINJ uses internally to justify searching for and exposing the remainder of Clemans operations.
RINJ, a global Civil Society NGO has some informality advantages over public law enforcement confined to their borders. Subsequent sharing of research information with law enforcement to aid the seeking of additional perpetrators for custody is the best way ahead for rescuing children who otherwise will never get a chance to say "#MeToo".
