Pages If Titled "[Humor]"

Toronto - November 13, 2011
-
Today the
RINJ Foundation released detailed information about a ruse it
conducted since November 4, 2011 against Facebook.
"The 'Alleyway' is back," according
to co-founder and spokesperson Micheal O'Brien.
"Facebook feigned the
Alleyway's removal along with many
other similar pro-rape "pages" it caused to be taken down. They are popping back
up like dandelions overrunning an unkept lawn."
According to the RINJ Foundation, at the time "You know
shes [sic] playing hard to get when your [sic] chasing her down an alleyway".
was taken down by Facebook on a complaint of it leading a personal harm attack
against a Toronto-based RINJ Foundationer, RINJ created a new page
moments later with the same name. The "info" section reads as follows:
Description |
This is a JOKE PAGE
This Page is Run by RINJ dot Org as an example of a closed down Pro-rape page.
This page was created to prevent it's re-creation by wrong-doers.

Recently Facebook asked the page owner,
what was the intent of her content as apparently the site asked other page
owners.
"Please let us know the intent of this content.
The content below may violate Facebook's Statement of Rights and
Responsibilities. If this piece of content was intended to be humorous, that
must me [sic] clear in the title.
Please use our contact form to confirm the humorous nature of your page".
|
|
Clicking the "Continue to contact Facebook button
illustrated above, led to this next page and the request that the page owner
"Add term "Humour" to your content title to clarify intent." |
|
This step led to the following two emails from Facebook . |
|
Facebook confirms it has changed the name
but all along implies that the page owner has requested the change. |
|
Facebook prefixed the name of the page with "[Humor]".
This is the same "Alleyway" page
name that had endless pro-rape commentaries; child porn; threats of rape; hatred
attacks against real persons; and violated many of Facebook's own rules.
Some 200,000 Change.org petitioners complained about this page.
It's back. Fortunately it's in safe control but it is only one of many hundreds.
Changing the name to include the word [Humour] was all that was needed to bring
back the "Alleyway" and a plethora of pro-rape content pages that also promote
hatred; child-molestation and some even contain child porn.
Ed. Note: Weeks following this release,
Facebook deleted the page. |

In short, this smacks of being a
scam on it's users
and the many thousands of complainants , said Mr. O'Brien.
"It also deceives the advertisers to whom Facebook is able to
say, "the users have requested this change. 'This [pro-rape content] is humour'
and humour has the right of existence in any context."
The Facebook scam plan called for deleting the "Alleyway" and its
pro-rape kind of page and then bring back the "Alleyway"
and other's under the heading of "[Humour]".
Facebook is an ungoverned cyberspace corporation with no moral compass
selling on the unregulated internet content it obtains free from its users. The
more controversial the content, the greater the traffic on the site and hence
the greater it's advertising profits.
The RINJ spokesman noted, "Recently Facebook has been unable to
maintain its growth and stem the decline of it's market share to Twitter and
Google+. It cannot afford to let go of the huge numbers of visitors it is
getting from the sex trade and pornography internet sectors. Currently porn and
child molestation pages are popping up at the rate of thousands per day on
Facebook.
"Once seen as a legitimate internet communication and social
networking site, Facebook is now making money from the promotion of crime, child
pornography, rape and child molestation and doing little to nothing to change
this content, traffic and profits being its main priority."
Ed. Note: Weeks following this release, Facebook deleted the
page.

law enforcement where that seems appropriate.
2)

pro-rape, pro-child-molestation content pages and groups.
