ISIS certainly could never have held such territory if Western military assistance, Saudi money, and Turkish/Israeli logistics and intelligence had not been provided to them.
A declassified document from the Defense Intelligence Agency has provided confirmation of the US and NATO direct support for the IS and Al-Qaeda. The documents became known to public due to a lawsuit filed against the US government within the Benghazi scandal.

1. Following America's Unwitting Creation of ISIS, Iraq gave to ISIS all of Fallujah, Mosul & Ramadi -- & walked away.

Fundamentalist Shiite Muslims believe Islam is not only religion, but a political system as well (known as Islamism). In 2015 the Shiites continue to rule Iraq following a long period of Sunni rule which saw from 300,000 to seven million ordinary Shiite citizens murdered brutally.

In 2015 Shiite government in Baghdad clearly, on the obvious evidence, allowed ISIS to seize control of their already marginalized Sunni rivals who since the fall of Saddam Hussein had a back seat in the control of their own lives.

The military forces of the Shiite-ruled Iraq ran from the advancing ISIS leaving these savages with all their American-supplied weaponry and control of the Sunni cities.

With help from fundamentalist Shiite Muslims who also rule Iran in a tyrannical fashion not exactly dissimilar to ISIS, the Shiites of the region scheme to have the Sunni Muslim populations of Fallujah, Mosul and Ramadi and smaller centers decimated by an all-out savage attack with heavy weaponry to destroy the Sunni populations of the Sunni Islamic State controlled areas.

As the atrocities of ISIS committed against the people of these cities becomes known to the world, Baghdad hopes other nations, like the US and Britain, will join the fray and muster up an army to take the cities back, slaughtering the Sunnis in those ISIS-held cities.

ISIS is wise to Baghdad's aim to lure others to kill Sunnis and has taken great strides in Mosul to make life look as wonderful as it could be. Restaurants are recently restored and stocked with food; hotels are being rebuilt with a glamourous package of attractive features and prices; city infrastructure is being restored; roads are being paved; trees are getting planted; sidewalks are fixed and cleaned; and merchants are being forced to follow rules that keep the city clean.

At the same time ISIS is forcing men in Mosul to grow their beards--barbers are almost out of business. The citizens look just like the occupiers.

These cities we fear will end up looking like Kobane if Baghdad has its way. (See Kobani video below.)

2. Sectarian Iraq:
Violence, Prejudice, Discrimination & Persecution

The history of very savage and bloody civil war in Iraq is about Sunni against Shiite; Shiite against Sunni; and the Sunni-controlled Iraqi government against the Kurds. Of late the allegedly secular Kurds have been able to work with the Shiite controlled sectarian Iraqi government in only a limited fashion.

There is in Iraq what we can call an "Islamic Schism". It is no less true for being a key aspect of Iraqi history (Greedy government leaders in Iraq have continually exploited this sectarian rift for 95 years.) that throughout all the world, Shiites and Sunnis are divided against one another. They first split over who should succeed the prophet Muhammad at his death in 632. The Sunni followed Abu Bakr (573-634), who was Muhammad's closest friend and member of Muhammad's tribe. Others believed Muhammad wished his son-in-law Ali to succeed him. Ali's followers became known as the Party of Ali or Shi'at Ali-the Shiites or Shia. Both sides tell that story differently. Most historians agree on the foregoing.

Two countries that compete for the leadership of Islam, Sunni Saudi Arabia and Shia Iran, have used the sectarian schism to further their ambitions. Iran has significant ambitions in Iraq and Syria which is why in 2014 Iran has joined the government of Iraq in fighting the Saudi-backed, American/NATO-created Sunni Islamic State.
  • Iraq's Sunni Arabs represent 32 to 37 percent of Iraq. The Sunni occupy the area north of Baghdad along the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers. Ironically, of the global population of Muslims, 85 to 90 percent are Sunnis but in Iraq they are roughly one third of the population. Sunnis under Saddam Hussein are accused of committing heinous atrocities against the minority Shiites in the south as well as inciting violence in a continuing dispute with the Iranian-backed Kurds.
  • Iraq's Shiite Arabs make up 60 to 65 percent of the Iraqi population. Presently the Shiite population controls the government of Iraq in Baghdad. Shiites are concentrated in central and southern Iraq, from Baghdad south between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers to the city of Basra on the Persian Gulf. Note that Shia make up the majority of the citizen population in Iraq, Iran, Azerbaijan, and Bahrain, as well as being a politically significant minority in Lebanon.
  • Iraqi Kurdish people, aligned with Iran for most of their history are also Muslims, mostly Sunni, but identify themselves as Kurds and have in the past been at war with the Iraqi Sunni elements, *armed by Iran. They represent about 15-20% of the Iraq population. The Iraqi Kurdish people are also split on various lines and have gone to war against each other, the Iranian Masoud Barzani-led Kurdish Democratic party (KDP) in the Northwest and Jalal Talabani-led Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) in the Southeast. (*After the 1979 Iranian Revolution which overthrew the American-supported Shah of Iran, Ayatollah Khomeini openly called for the spread of the (Shiite) Islamic Revolution to Iraq, arming Shiite and Kurdish rebels against Saddam Hussein's Sunni regime and sponsoring assassination attempts on senior Iraqi officials. Since then there have been tensions between the Kurds and the Sunni sector.)
The Muslim world population is around 1.6 billion and some 85 to 90% are Sunni Muslims--the originals some say.

The global leader of Sunni's is Saudi Arabia which exhibits conduct very similar to what you have heard about the Islamic State.
  • Rape in Saudi Arabia is pervasive.
  • Misogyny is rampant in Saudi Arabia
  • Beheadings in Saudi Arabia are daily.
  • Sectarian violence and extremism are normal events in Saudi Arabia
The global leader of the Shiite Muslims is Iran which is an incipient nuclear power that is avowed to eliminate the state of Israel and all Jews around the world. The human rights violations in Iran typically include torture, rape, and killing of political prisoners, and the beatings and killings of dissidents and other civilians. Restrictions and punishments in the Islamic Republic of Iran which violate international human rights norms include harsh penalties for crimes, punishment of "victimless crimes" such as fornication and homosexuality, execution of offenders under 18 years of age, restrictions on freedom of speech and the press (including the imprisonment of journalists), and restrictions on freedom of religion and gender equality.

3. America and the West Flip-Flopped

Choosing either side of the "Islamic Schism", America and "the West" has historically gone back and forth but has maintained a strong alliance with Saudi Arabia. America first backed Saddam Hussein's Sunnis against (unwittingly) Iraq's Shiites. America was then seen deliberately joining Iraq's Sunnis against Iran's Shiites; later backing Iraq's Shiites against Saddam Hussein; now while trying as always to stay very close to Saudi Arabia, reluctantly backing Shia Iran's ambitions in Iraq and Syria. That's the very short version.
Following America's Unwitting Creation of ISIS, Iraq gave to ISIS all of Fallujah, Mosul & Ramadi -- & walked away. Refugees now at 13 Million and Counting. Following America's Unwitting Creation of ISIS, Iraq gave to ISIS all of Fallujah, Mosul & Ramadi -- & walked away. Refugees now at 13 Million and Counting.

4. Shiites Try To Create Booby-Trap For Sunnis Using The West

America was reluctant to lend its airborne forces to the battle to liberate Tikrit from ISIS in Spring 2015 but finally gave in when it was clear that the Iraqi Army was stalled in its attempt to liberate Tikrit from ISIS and needed to bring in Iranian troops and Iranian-backed Shiite militias.

The fear that the Shiite fighters would brutalize the Sunni population once Tikrit was liberated became reality. Ordinary citizens were slaughtered.

Hashd al-Shaabi, the powerful, pro-Iranian and Shiite People's Mobilization militia has been blamed for violent reprisals since the fall of Tikrit. This militia is trained by Iran and supported vigorously by Iraq's so-called "central" sectarian Shiite government in Baghdad which was only successful once the Iranian-backed troops arrived in Tikrit.

Animosity between Iraqi Shiites & Sunnis goes back decades.

The cost of Sunni rule to the Shiites over a couple decades was from .3 to 7 million Shiite lives. From 1991 to 2003 the atrocities committed by the Sunni central government under Saddam were legion. Shiites in the south were abused brutally by the Sunnis and even during the post-2003 period since the "Bush-Victory-Speech", the Sunni uprising was a calamity for the Shiites.

In recent past, the Shiite central government allowed ISIS to have and to own Sunni cities of Fallujah, Mosul, Ramadi and many smaller places. The central government's American-equipped Army literally walked away.

Baghdad now hopes a coalition of American, British and Iranian forces will be lured by ISIS misbehaviour to demolish those Sunni cities killing as many as 500,000 Sunnis and displacing another 1.2 million over time.

If Baghdad's Shiites don't convince other nations to come and do the dirty work, the Sunnis seem prepared to adopt the Islamic State as its de facto Army and benefactor in the conflict with Shiite Iran and Iraq.

Saudi-backed ISIS seeks a global Caliphate that puts it as the Sunni Muslim's 'muscle' control of the world's enormous Muslim population.

Meanwhile, Iran's Islamic Revolution seeks the same thing for the Iranian Shiites. Which state will be the Muslim Vatican per se? Iran or Saudi Arabia? Or will it be "Vatican City" as an Islamic State billboard in Mosul suggests?
ISIS Targets The Vatican

This rivalry started 1400 years ago and impacts 1600 million people who will follow the path that brings them the most likely opportunity for prosperity. Missteps will impact the world.

Following the Western European failure in Boznia-Herzogivia which caused the extermination of 500,000 Muslims by the Serbs, helped by the Russians, the Muslims of the world will not sit idly by and watch a Western coalition army killing Muslims in Mesopotamia.

5. What Should America Do?

If the Sunnis and the Shiites want to turn the Syrian civil war into their fight to decide the sway in the Islamic Schism, diplomacy, trade embargoes, blockades and management of refugees is the only way ahead for the rest of the world. The alternative is WWIII if a large force is amassed and whole cities get wiped off the face of the earth, which is likely. Probably the first use of a tactical nuclear device will be something Iran lobs at American forces in Syria or Iraq. The second device will land somewhere in Israel. Likely it will be artillery gun or rocket launched and followed by a hailstorm of strategic devices launched at Tehran by the U.S. for which China and or Russia will feel compelled to retailiate against.

The U.S. President has some smart advisers. They have pale, worried faces. This is a mess.

America needs to consider its limited war-fighting capability is inferior to Russia's. Russia has embarked on a destabilizing foreign policy and nuclear sabre rattling leaving the world in a very unsettled state. America sending the best part of half a million troops to Iraq will never happen again at least in yours or your children's lifetime. In fact, it can easily be said that tensions that could lead to American war-fighting including the Ukraine, Russia, Syria, Iraq, Iran, North Korea and the South China Seas, exceed America's war fighting capacity. America must not, can not, send significant numbers of troops to the Middle East again. Not for years. To do so would create world war as other unbalanced stand-offs explode into widely consuming confrontations.

Having entered Iraq in 2003 to give saddam Hussein the ouster, President George Bush's America on some kind of personal mission of that administration remained in Iraq until 2011 trying to manage the chaos that ensued after Saddam's fall.

Enduring several civil and regional internal Iraq wars and almost unbelievable deceit and brutality from all sides, including its own troops, America under President Barrack Obama pulled out of Iraq in 2011, creating a vacuum that eventually the Syrian civil war spilled into.

6. U.S. & NATO aid ISIS fight al Asaad's secular Syrian govt.

"The West, the Persian Gulf countries, & Turkey support the Syrian opposition while Russia, China, and Iran support the [Assad] regime despite the fact that Al Qaeda (ISIS) supported the Syrian opposition from the beginning" by having "conducted a number of cooperative operations in several Syrian cities".
Instructive in telling the story of Syria's civil war shifting toward the power void in Iraq, a declassified document from the Defense Intelligence Agency has provided confirmation of the US and NATO direct support for the ISIS and Al-Qaeda in Syria. The documents became declassified by a court and known to the public due to a lawsuit filed against the US government within the Benghazi scandal.
As the DIA document admits, the expansion of the ISIS principality is taking place with the support and assistance of Western powers." (Pravda, May 28, 2015)
The cost in human life and in suffering must have been calculated. The governments knew "If the situation unravels there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist principality in eastern Syria, and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime, which is considered the strategic depth of the Shia expansion (Iraq and Iran)."
"Instead of attempting to combat Iran's influence in a race for development and the raising of living standards, the West funds jihadist savages to behead, rape and murder their away across civilized nations. ... not merely to disrupt Iranian influence, it is to destroy Iran completely." (Pravda, May 28, 2015)
As Tony Cartalucci (geopolitical researcher based in Bangkok, Thailand) says,
"the Syrian war is one leg of a much larger agenda to destroy Iran next, then move on to Russia and China. Combined with the Syrian campaign, the West has attempted to create arcs of destabilization across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and completely encircling China in Southeast Asia. Destruction at the hands of terrorists the US is openly backing after claiming for over a decade to be "fighting" is a harbinger of the destruction that complacency and failure to resist will bring all other nations caught in the path of these special interests. Nations not immediately caught in the grip of chaos created by this conspiracy must use their time wisely, preparing the appropriate measures to resist."
The document clearly states that "Al Qaeda (ISIS), the Muslim Brotherhood and other Salafist elements" were and are the driving force of the insurgency in Syria from the beginning of the armed insurrection against Assad.
Abu Anas al-Libi, war criminal rapist and mass murder of hundreds of Yazidi girls. Abu Anas al-Libi, war criminal rapist and mass murder of hundreds of Yazidi girls let lose on the peoples of the region by a conspiracy of greed and bufoonery.

7. Cavalier approach to the lives of ordinary citizens.

Some of the criticism we are hearing about the USA, and NATO seem warranted. The DIA documents debunk the notion of "moderate" rebels fighting for a free and democratic Syria. It is also makes it clear many entities in the region as well as the USA are somewhat comfortable with ISIS raping, beheading and murdering their way across the Nineveh plains. This cavalier approach to the lives of ordinary citizens has left heartbreaking scenes of millions homeless and threatened.
The DIA document predicts the invasion of Mosul inasmuch as "opposition forces are trying to control the eastern areas (Hasaka and Der Zor), adjacent to the Western Iraqi provinces (Mosul and Anbar), in addition to neighbouring Turkish borders. The threat to millions of ordinary lives was not even considered.

Western countries, the Gulf States and Turkey are supporting these efforts. "If the situation unravels there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist principality in Eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime, which is considered the strategic depth of the Shia expansion (Iraq and Iran).

The RINJ Foundation knows from being in Mosul that ISIS was well established in the city long before the 10th of June, 2014. We now confirm what we believed, that the surrounding nations funded and permitted this atrocity against the ordinary people of the Nineveh plains. Heartbreaking.

The deteriorating situation has dire consequences including an atmosphere for ISIS (formerly al Qaeda) to return to its old pockets in Mosul and Ramadi, and will provide a renewed momentum under the presumption of unifying the Jihad among the rest of the Sunnis in the Arab world against what it considers one enemy, the dissenters, the "infidels".

8. Government: Wars of Human Economics.
How Much Is Life Worth?

You are now going to learn the economics guiding the strategic thinking that created ISIS & motivates governments these days.

Government policies are driven today more by corruption than goodwill, which in effect means government is serving the interests of the few people who control government and less by the promise of seeking good public policy in the interest of its constituents' well-being and prosperity.

Soon, as much as a third or more of the world's people will be displaced and either living in refugee camps or in ghettos. In the future, more and more refugees will be trying to survive in ghettos within cities and towns, as will former refugees who return to their homelands and those displaced inside their own countries.

The RINJ Foundation - Population Projections

1) How do you really count 7.5 billion people? Is it really 8? Are they "our" people or "their" people? Which populations do you want to grow and which do you want to shrink?
Have you noticed that is how the governments of the world seem to be thinking these days?
2) The value of a human life in perception has dropped considerably and many scientists think Earth has a maximum carrying capacity of 9 billion if everyone stopped eating meat and no grain was fed to livestock. Otherwise, owing to distribution inefficiencies, geological and environmental anomalies (earthquakes, droughts, pests etc) 9 billion is on the high side. Whatever that number truly is, the human species is close to growing larger than what Earth can support. You may have noticed a couple decades ago that the members of the "Space Club" began to explore near space to find places we could house people and grow food.
We are talking about things public policy planners have known for years but never discussed publicly.
3) The value of a human life is estimated at $5 million per person by safety planners, governments, and insurance companies around the world. That means that public policy (decisions and legislature made by governments) is based on whether a certain safety regulation or preventative measure would be cost-effective by comparing how much it would cost to implement with how many dollar's worth of human lives it's likely to save.
Now you know the evaluations done by governments to reach the point we are at. Now you know why most of the world doesn't feel reticence in trimming the population down by a few million squabbling Mid-East Asians.
4) Evaluating TFR! Around the world, the total fertility rate (TFR) is falling to the "replacement level" which is 2.1 children per woman, the rate at which children replace their parents (and make up for those who die young). That is down from 3.8 TFR 50 years ago.

* So, again, global TFR is 2.1; * America TFR 1.7 (below replacement levels); * Europe TFR 1.6 (below replacement levels);

a) Most of the world is populated by developing nations with high TFRs.
b) Developed nations have low TFRs. c) Where TFR is high, so too is rape and child molestation.

Note: The total fertility rate for the world has been declining very rapidly since the 1990s. Forecasters like Sanjeev Sanyal argue that, adjusted for gender imbalances, the effective global fertility will fall below replacement rate in the 2020s and populations will decline or maintain below the level at which Earth can support the species.

9. Non Government Organizations: What do we do?

Protect ourselves and each other from government sponsored terror and evil-doings; and from natural threats, diseases, geological and biological disasters and other traumas.
ignored when they asked for help as they were still being sold for sex and raped incessantly
Protect the things we value highly. The children and their families are our first priority. Governments are not protecting children and their families; "government" has become an entity of itself, verging on an enemy of the people. Rely on and support well-chosen Non-Government humanitarian entities and communicate your needs.

Our human heritage, the seeds of intellect that began civilization are important to us. Protect them if we are safe in doing that.

Don't die. (Stay healthy and avoid danger.)

Don't get eaten. (Much of the world is hungry.) Stop eating meat and preserve the grains otherwise fed inefficiently to animals for food.

Protect your environment and have a safe place to sleep. Even if you have to carry your bed as a sleep-bag to a safe place, when you crawl in to sleep, you are in your safe zone and life is good.

Stay together, united, and never break your loyalty to each other. Care and share unselfishly for the benefit of the children and their families.

10. Reaching for a better world where you and your family will be safer. Prevent rape while supporting & caring for survivors.

  1. The RINJ Foundation has adopted a mission while supporting and medically caring for survivors, to also gather and compile detailed information on parties to armed conflict that are credibly suspected of committing or being responsible for acts of rape or other forms of sexual violence.
  2. The RINJ Foundation vows to be especially vigilant and to aggressively gather evidence where a pattern of sexually violent conduct appears to prove the crime of genocide.

Who are the "RINJ Women"

We are the (Rape Is No Joke) RINJ Women who fought in the 2000s to get the money-making pro-rape and child sex slavery content off social media platforms, ending on 4 November 2011. Some of us collectively decided to continue our work for the universal rights of women and girls. We incorporated on 21 August 2012 after years of fighting as a grass roots organization called The RINJ Campaign. We have no restrictions. That's our story. We move forward striving for gender equality universally despite the setbacks that have been experienced globally, and despite the attacks of misogynistic authoritarians.
