Lawyers, cops, judges focus on teen’s penis is blatant sex abuse!

Police got a warrant to photograph the teen’s genitals? Yes. Sexual abuse? Yes.

Here is a case that has no end of wrongdoing attached to it, not by the alleged perpetrators, but by the alleged authorities.

A Washington DC teen will appear August 1 in youth court, charged with being in possession of a selfie, a video he took of his erect penis and sent to his girl friend.

According to sources, police have already forcibly stripped the boy in a back room of a court house and photographed the kid’s penis for “identification purposes”.

Despite the police assault on the boy for taking penis pictures, the teen is also now facing a search warrant in which Manassas City police (nearby Washington DC)  and Prince William County (Also nearby Washington DC) prosecutors want to take a photo of his ERECT penis, possibly forcing the teen to become erect by taking him to a hospital and giving him an injection. A Prince William County judge allowed the 17-year-old to leave the area temporarily without the warrant being served or the pictures being taken.

The teen is facing two felony charges, for possession of child pornography and manufacturing child pornography OF HIMSELF, which could lead not only to incarceration until he’s 21, but inclusion on the state sex offender data base for, possibly, the rest of his life.

The teen’s guardian, his aunt, was shocked at the lengths Prince William authorities were willing to go. From all accounts, the teen is a model child who goes to school, plays sports, helps around the home and has never been before in trouble with police.

Are DC police involved? Despite herculean efforts to clean up the force by Police Chief Cathy Lanier, DC Police have been plagued with accusations of male officers exploiting teens in both pornography (i.e.: Officer Marc Washington) and teen prostitution (i.e.: Officer Linwood Barnhill Jr.) What’s going on now?

A 15 year old and a 17 year old as girlfriend and boyfriend is a lawful relationship in Virginia, DC and in Maryland. But where are the parents? Why are they not doing their jobs? Why are police and the courts being exploited to censor the behaviour of a legitimate teen relationship?

If what we know is the full evidence, this is a ridiculous criminal accusation–absolute buffoonery. The real abuse has been done by police in their unlawful gathering of photographs of the boys penis and the collection of the teen lovers’ private cell phone pictures.

Those cops need to be out stopping the street-gang-bangers who are right now gang-raping in a series of gang-rivalry behaviours, instead of trying to censor the smart phone chatter between two teen lovers. Whether the kids should or should not be lovers is the purvue of the teens and their parents.

The case began when the teen’s 15-year-old girlfriend sent photos of herself to the 17-year-old, who in turn sent her a video of himself.

Before long, certain police officers wanted to get in on the deal and have their own share of pornography. Anyone in possession of obscene photos of a juvenile is technically in possession of child pornography, right?

The girl has not been charged, and her mother filed a complaint about the boy’s video so the boy has been charged.

The male teen was served with petitions from juvenile court in early February, and not arrested, but when the case went to trial in juvenile court in June, prosecutors forgot to certify that the teen was a juvenile.

The case was dismissed, but police immediately obtained new charges and also a search warrant for his home.

Police arrested the boy and took him to juvenile jail, where they took photos of the teen’s genitals against his will. What an enormous abuse.

Lawyers, cops, judges & media focus on teen’s penis as teen lovers exchange C-Phone Selfies = sexual abuse!

The case was set for trial on July 1, where the kid’s lawyer was told by Commonwealth’s Attorney Claiborne Richardson that the accused must either plead guilty or police would obtain another search warrant “for pictures of his erect penis,” for comparison to the evidence from the teen’s cell phone. Police would force the child onto a hospital, administer a drug to make is penis erect and then photograph the erect penis and use some alleged special forensic software to compare the pictures to the confiscated video images the boy sent to his girl friend.

The next date in court is August 1, 2014.

The sooner this matter is settled the better it will be for future cases involving a real sex-offender. The frivolity amongst law enforcement that this represents is another contribution to rape culture. This sort of cavalier interpretation of law taints the jury pool and invites disdain from all corners of society. When it comes time to adjudicate a rapist or child sex-slave pimp, you do not want a jury pool filled with people tainted by false accusations like this meaningless exploitation of the justice system. The parents need to do their jobs and the cops must do theirs. The cops deal with crime and the parents deal with the misconduct of their kids.

Above all, cops should not be forcing minors to submit to photography of their erect genitals.

In the United States:

  • rape is an epidemic.
  • Sexual assault is commonplace.
  • Child sex slavery is prolific.
  • Law enforcement and the courts need to deal with those problems.

Children playing with their cell phones are a parenting concern. Cops interrupting and playing games with kids’ genitals is sexual abuse.

Police should have brought the kid to the parents upon discovery of the childish stupidity that is the conduct of roughly 40% of all teens in the USA (most of those in intimate relationships) and gone back out on the streets to stop the child sex-exploitation industry that flourishes under the noses of Congress.
